Here is What to Expect During a Hypnosis Session With Me. 

A therapy hypnosis session usually consists of four parts and takes about an hour and a half in total length to complete. 

What You Can Expect to Happen in a Hypnosis Session for Therapy

Part One: The hypnosis session starts with you describing in detail to me Mary Ananda what it is you want to change or the goals you want to achieve in life.

I will then clarify some points with you and make sure that I fully understand what I need to do to help you make changes.

Then I’ll explain hypnosis to you, how it works, what it can and can’t do, then after discussing various approaches with you…

we’ll agree on how best to proceed.


Part Two: Normally I will then begin with the hypnosis induction, and guide you to into a gentle hypnotic trance.

Everyone can go into a trance like state of mind, and do so naturally nearly everyday.

You don’t have to know anything, or need to do anything, and you can’t do anything wrong.

It doesn’t depend on any special skill that you have to have to enter hypnotic trance.

All you have to do is totally relax and focus only on your breathing.

I will do everything else.

What could be simpler than that?

Part Three: Speaking directly with your subconscious mind in way that it understands, commonly known as the hypnotic language.

Asking it to make the desired changes on your behalf that we both agreed upon in part one above.


Remember: Hypnosis is safe and enjoyable.

You will be aware of what is going on at all times.

You cannot be persuaded to do anything against your own values.

You will be able to come out of hypnosis any time you want to.

You are always in control of what you say and do.

You will not experience mental fireworks or get touched by some cosmic energy.

What you will feel is amazingly relaxed, you will feel totally detached, that nothing really matters right now.

That you could do anything you wanted but you can’t be bothered at this time.

That you just want to go on lying there and enjoying this amazing feeling.


Part Four: At the end of the hypnosis session you will be fully brought back to everyday reality feeling deeply relaxed…

stress free and refreshed and wide awake.
