A therapy hypnosis session usually consists of four parts and takes about an hour and a half in total length to complete.
Part One: The hypnosis session starts with you describing in detail to me Mary Ananda what it is you want to change or the goals you want to achieve in life.
I will then clarify some points with you and make sure that I fully understand what I need to do to help you make changes.
